[Equipment Introduction] NC Machining Center
The maximum machining stroke of the NC machining center is 1050 mm in width, 530 mm in length, and 510 mm in height.
Our company owns a variety of machinery and accepts outsourcing for processing. We have a total of four NC machining centers from "Mori Seiki." We have devices that can automatically exchange multiple cutting tools, and machines that can perform tasks such as drilling and flat surface milling according to NC programming control are referred to as machining centers. Traditionally, flat cutting was done using "milling machines," drilling with "drill presses," turning with "lathes," and hole processing with "boring machines," each using specialized machine tools for different processes. However, by inputting the processing setup into the NC system of the machining center, complex processing can be done without manual labor.
